2013 challenge... one down, two to go

That's the first one completed... the Belfast marathon relay. Well done to George Munroe, Adrian Bell and Michael Snoddy. George and Michael did two legs but Adrian did the arduous 7.1 mile run in the middle. Lovely day though, cool and dry, not like other years. See photo of a cheerful 'Dinger' at his finish of the third leg!

The next race is the Lisburn half marathon on 19 June and then on 15 September the Great North Run.
