The runner remnants trying for another season in 2014

We're just about ready to start raising funds again for our selected 2014, locally active, charity. This year we've chosen "Action for Children", a long standing charity that focuses on supporting vulnerable and neglected children and young people through a broad range of activities.

Michael, Adrian and myself will definitely be going for all of the "Belfast marathon relay", "Lisburn half marathon" and "Great North Run" races. If any of you can be part of this please give us a shout about running with us for part, or all, of any of the these or other events (there are short stages in Belfast relay, and 10K and fun run options in Lisburn) or donate something small to bolster the fund raising. You could also point sponsors to the online page. Let me know what you're doing and I'll update the notes on the page!
