Yes, definitely life in the old dogs yet!
We all finished our race with respectable times, some the best on this Lisburn route ever. And that was on a searing hot evening when we expected to falter and struggle up and down those hills.
Many thanks to all who have supported with donations and the much appreciated moral support through messages and on the spot cheer.
Now setting our sights on early September and the Great North Run, the highlight of another running year and a chance to hit that target of £1500 for "Action for Children".
